        Gene was very knowledgeable and personable. I never hesitated to contact him at any time with even the smallest question. Gene always kept me up to date on my loan processing and offered helpful advice whenever I had decisions to make. I would definitely recommend Gene and Churchill Mortgage.

        Churchill just sold my mortgage to Specialized Loan Service LLC. I had less than 50k left on my mortgage and was making double payments to finish it off ASAP. Specialized Loan Service is well known for their predatory practices: lack of customer service, lost payments, missing payments, reports to credit bureau even when customers made timely payments. I was doing so well with Churchill why would they now sell my loan to these sharks? Dave Ramsey sent me and I am beyond disappointed.
