We have used J&L Plumbing and Heating several times. They put in our new propane heater, split units, and have fixed other plumbing issues in our house. They are very professional and efficient. The owner Joe is great to work with. Definitely recommend!

Was given J&L Plumbing by my Home Warranty Company to repair a Master Bathroom Shower leak. They arrived and would not do anything until a Mold Remediation Company came first. The Mold Remediation Co. came and determined there was no mold and it was a leak from the Master Shower drain. Waited another week for J&L Plumbing to show up and cut a hole in the kitchen ceiling downstairs to access the leak. It was determined that a gasket was needed and had to be ordered once the plumber filled out report for the warranty company to procede. Called J&L a few days later to see if the gasket was ordered. It is now three weeks from the initial call. J&L says they will be there between 8AM -12:00 noon to make repair. Get a call at 11:00 AM from plumber to cancel because they could not get the gasket and would have to order on Amazon. All plumbing supply companies were out of the gasket, I was told. It is now 4 weeks later!! I decide to call Home Warranty Co to get another plumbing company! They come next day and first put caulking around inside drain after scraping old gasket. I wait one day and now I can use the shower. NO LEAKS!!! My question: Why couldnt J&L caulk the shower, even temporarily while waiting for this so-called gasket?? Horrible Service! Hard to reach J&L, mailbox full. No follow-up! Extremely poor customer service!! Service: Plumbing leak detection
