I lived there from 2008 to 2016. The builder ended up being a total liar and unreliable. Multiple promises were broken. The HOA constantly made up rules to fit their agenda of their ideal neighborhood. It was so bad I preferred to have a foreclosure on my credit than continue to live there, which is exactly what ended up happening. I was so miserable living there, that jacking up my credit for several years was a better alternative. DO NOT BUY!!! great product and top notch details in this price range for new homes in this area is very rare. The sales rep is was an expert on new builds and offered some really strong advice. He was super responsive and also knew everything about the community and the surrounding area. overall this builder has a strong reputation and has built some beautiful single homes and townhouses in the area.
