        I haven't moved in yet, but so far the process and community are great. The area is nice and quiet, which is a big change from where I'm at now. Leah and Steven were very helpful figuring out what kind of choices I wanted to make. The builder I'm working with, James, is great about keeping me updated on how everything is going, including pictures of the progress. They also made the mortgage side as painless as possible, with a rate I didn't think existed today - Thanks Mike!

        The value of the home price was reasonable at Valley Square Townhomes where we can afford 15 year mortgage instead of 30 year mortgage. Leah did her best to accommodate our request for our new home. Thank you Leah !

        I worked with Leah on purchasing Valley Square Townhomes. We went 4-5 times to see this home and compared with one another. The house that I am buying is end unit. . The master bedroom is right next to each other with next home and I was concerned about it. Leah said we can test to see if you can hear from next home so, my husband went to other home and yell and I check to see if I can hear but I can barely hear it. This was one of the reason I choose this home. Leah has been very patient with us and she was honest. She also tried her best to make us happy.
