Dr brown had me leave with more questions than answers garbage experience. I looked up other reviews about her and most were negative especially if you are a black or brown person. If you are a minority avoid her at all cost. Go to st Lukes if you can

I saw Dr Chatinzoff and was extremely pleased with him. He really listened to me and got me into an endoscopy the very next day! Due to scheduling, I ended up getting my procedure done with Dr Guttmann ,who was just great. Completely put me at ease. The nurses were also so wonderful. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience.

The staff was very rude! when I called to tell them they scheduled me at the wrong office location! They wouldn't fit me in the schedule at the correct location. I needed to be seen ASAP as requested by doctor! When I explained how much discomfort I was in They showed no compassion or sympathy! They refused to squeeze in an emergency visit, even though it was their fault they scheduled appointment wrong! Learn some bedside manors!

Sad excuse for a doctor no skill nor bedside manner- I should have looked at the reviews. I was a new patient seeing Dr. Brown, she walked into the room with no context and asked me if I knew what IBS was. I had yet to explain any of my symptoms to her. She allowed me to explain and at certain points she would say things 'its hard for me to know what to make of that'. I'm sorry... isn't that your job to make something of patients' history and symptoms? I explained to her previous studies I had done, which she was dismissive about. Luckily she had my medical records and was able to review the studies. She proceeded to read to me the results from the studies from 10 yrs ago and told me that was it, and then repeated to me the same instruction as I was previously told. No critical thinking on her part whatsoever, I could have googled and saved myself the time and money. Clearly they do not care about getting new patients enough to at least make a patient feel comfortable being there, will not be following up there.

Dr. C. Brown said she could not complete my colonoscopy. Stating that I should lose weight. I weigh 180lbs. She said that I should come back in a year. I will not return. Did not feel safe.
