The Doctors are great but I was very disappointed with how Dana the office manager handled the stop of my electricity in my home. They just had me going back and forth between the electric company and the office for about a week when I finally gave up on Dana's help. It was obvious I needed assistance with trying to prevent my electric from being shut off and she was not willing to go any further in helping me. I really do like the office but...It was frustrating. Meanwhile supposedly they handle this situation often.

I love this place , especially Dr. Brett Fissel and their office staff. However, within the last six months , you can no longer get a sick day appointment up to 24 hrs ahead of time (even as a long time patient ). You have to call at 8:00am as all the sick appointments for the day usually fill up by 8:30am. Im not going to take a day off of work for the CHANCE of getting an appointment that same day . In addition, getting appointments was easier even during Covid then it is now that they are part of the Family Care Medical Center (Jefferson) system. Hopefully when I call, I can get in for a mandatory pre-surgery appointment BEFORE my surgery /

Read Mary Ann's below. Further...only open until 4pm and can never get an appointment for sick kids. Also extremely unorganized. We get better service from urgent care.

I have been a patient of Gwynedd Family Medicine for over 20 years. Over the past nine months I have tried 4 different times to get an appointment with no success. I was told last week to call at 8:00 am for a sick visit as ALL the Doctors took the same vacation week! I tried calling at 8:05 and again no appointments were available as only one doctor was in and the nurse practitioner was off. The receptionist once again suggested going to an Urgent Care Center to resolve an ear ache. It saddens me to leave this practice as I never had any complaints before this previous year:(

No one will see you in person if they think your symptoms "might be" covid related. Which means they may might decide to not see you for Any reason except hick-ups. If life expectancy is plummeting - it's places like these. If I can get them to lose their license - I will. I have history of blood clots and severe short breath - their suggestion: go to CVS.
