Hi Jen!Thanks for taking time to leave us a review, however we feel that you have left us an unfair rating, and would like to help clear this up.The rate that you moved in under, as stated on the website where you made your booking, was a promotional rate of '50% off plus (at that time) the third month free.' During your booking process, you called us and Jordan described the move in process in detail, to the point of referencing the promotion. I was able to listen to the recording of the call to ensure quality of service by our staff.When we updated the system to reflect the rate increase at the end of the promotion, you were also sent a letter explaining the increase.We do not have any notes on your account that you called to inquire on this process at any point, prior to you leaving the review.Your 50%off for two months part of the promotion was set to expire on April 8th, 2024, at which point the free month would have kick in, before the rate bumped from the promotional rate of $25 to the standard rate of $50.Given the apparent misunderstanding, we made several attempts to reach out to you, and were unsuccessful in speaking with you. We offered to extend the promotion as a courtesy, however you read our email and moved out without giving us the chance to help you.We value our clients and we always strive to go above and beyond expectations. We are in the business of helping people, not taking from them.Should you wish to give us another chance, please call us back. We welcome the opportunity to be of service.
