        DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH IF YOU HAVE A ROOF RACK!!! I have been bring my SUV there for over a year, and today was the first time it completely shut off because of my roof rack the responder Jamie said following with "another lady did the same thing today" like we're idiots. She then pointed out the small printed sign prior to paying. Then says "you should have read that, if you damaged the wash it's your responsibility" There was no sign stating that. So know she's NOT business friendly! So avoid the place, because it's not worth paying for automatic wash, being scolded then have to wash the soap off that got dump on it. At your own cost.

        We were very satisfied with our experience at this storage center. We had a unit same day with no hassles. The front desk receptionist was very helpful. Very fair pricing. So far we are happy with our decision to use this facility!
