I called around noon to see if I could get my Tripac Evolution serviced this late in the day, and they said yes. I was happy about that. My Espar heater wasnt starting up every time and was blowing smoke out of the tailpipe. And my Inverter wasnt getting as much power as it used to, when microwaving. They gave me an Estimate of $1,900+ to mainly replace the Alternator and do an Oil Change. I asked how much would it be to just leave without them doing the job. They said about $400 (2 hrs labor). Total ended up being $409 Then a couple days later I noticed my APU was leaking coolant. It was bad enough I had to get to a Thermoking asap. Turns out I needed a new Water Pump. The job was $810, but no mention of a new alternator needed. So then I became suspicious about this Motor Truck TK. Why did they try to charge $1,900+ and then coincidentally I get a coolant leak after turning down their offer. Plus they charged $400+ to diagnose the problem, which was an inaccurate diagnosis after all

Paid $1,636.00, problem came back in a short time. MAKE SURE YOUR FUEL LEVEL IN THE REEFER BEFORE AND AFTER I GOT LESS AROUND 20 GALLONS IT'S HARD TO BELEIVE

From Greatmile logistics..... Thank you for going above and beyond the normal to service and repair my reefer. Contrary to some reviews, this guy's are excellent in their service and overall interaction with the customer. Truly appreciate what you did for me. Looking forward to coming back whenever possible.
