I called AC&H at 7 am this morning, when they opened for business. Scott answered on the first ring. I explained we had no heat and our thermostat was not working. He and Chris were at my house by 8:15 am, the problem was solved within a 1/2 hour, and his charge was very reasonable. I am so happy to have become a loyal customer.

My mother called Scott after we were recommended by a family friend when our furnace igniter had an issue. He was incredibly punctual, called us at exactly 3 pm when he said he would, and arrived not long after! Had the problem fixed pretty quickly, was very reasonable with the price, and was overall just a really great guy. Totally recommend!! Thanks so much.

Four calls this summer 2023 because A/C not working. Tells me he is stumped and can't find the leak. It gives out the hottest week of September. Called a new service and in 15 minutes they found the leak and proved it to me. Turns out a 3 year old installation had to be completely replaced costing me another 7K but this time the warranty is solid ftom this company. Thanks - in your words - for helping me out

Called left message, no call back .. tried again he answered wanted me to text him my address.. was to come out the next morning... Did not call, did not show up... I texted he said he was in Harrisburg and he'd be out later... Haven't heard a word.. called someone else... It's not that hard to just communicate with a customer... Good luck
