        Called and left a message inquiring as to them being available to new patients. They aren't and that's fine. The issue is that the person who called me started the call by saying "Hi. I literally only have 1 minute to talk because someone else is coming in at 1pm." - this is so inappropriate. If you don't have time to chat, don't make the phone call. I left you a message and you decided to call me back when you were rushed and didn't have time to conduct the call professionally.
