As someone who works in the mental health field I have seen and met my fair share of clinicians.
I have been going here on and off for a few years. All of the staff I have worked with have been kind, helpful, and really help provide a new insight into life. Im currently working with Anne who has really helped me see some of my blind spots. She is able to help me see things in a different light and helps me continue to grow. Im so grateful for her! Would highly recommend!

I've seen a lot of therapists over the years and have to say that I've had none better than Anne. She's gently challenging me to look inside and consider my past reactions to issues and find more healthy ways to resolve them. As a nurse practitioner, Sandy is knowledgeable and takes into consideration both where I want to be and where I want to be headed. And with Ruger, what's not to like.
