The worst banking experience of my life. They should get minus five stars. It has taken over a month to get an IRA transferred to Fidelity. The front office doesn't know what the back office is doing. No one can provide a reason the transfer can't take place. Finally after a threat of a complaint with the SEC and BBB we got results. Absolutely ridiculous. There are too many competent financial organizations available for anyone to bother with these rubes. Take your money elsewhere.

I made arrangements to leave work early in order to get to the Camp Hill branch to roll over a CD. I arrived around 4:45 and was told that the manager was opening a new account with a customer and couldn't help me that night. I was asked if I could come back the next day. I said I could try the Baden Powell branch but the teller said no one was available to help me there. She said someone could help me at the Simpson office, so I drove through rush hour traffic only to find they closed at 5:00. I spent an hour on the road for nothing. The Camp Hill office was open until 6:00. Why didn't she just invite me to wait until the manager was through? Or else why didn't she call the Simpson Branch to let them know a customer was on the way? I had a hard enough time fitting this visit in around my work schedule. Not very good customer service at this branch.
