Would N O T recommend monro. They need to pay their employees more and get them some help because this corp expects too much from them with bottom of the barrel benefits.

Top Notch service as usual. Keep it up John, you're the reason I use your facility and reccomend others. I would also.like to add to this post that when you come to this shop you are treated like a family member, not just a number. Something 95% of your businesses forget!! The person running your shop is the success of your business. John keep up the great work!! I hope you are recognized for the numbers you bring in and how you get return business. It's all about treating customers with respect and you've nailed that!!

I cant give no stars is the reason I gave one they have had my jeep since wensday and its now Monday at noon and it has took them that long to figure out it internal ? How does it take a mechanic using that word very loosely 5 days to figure out its internal? I dont recommend using this shop

Came here for a simple oil change - was charged $115 and left with an engine check light that wasnt originally on and now my self starter doesnt work? Listen to the reviews and dont do it
