It was very very slow there was only like 2 cars if front of us and we were there for 2 hours and still ain't get it changed we left.

Worst service ever if you could even call it that. My mom bought me four tires and made an appointment for me to get them put on at so I could just get them done right after my nine hour shift at work. I came in told them this and they were rude and mocked me for my mom buying my tires. I proceeded to wait 3 hours while everyone who came in after me got their cars done. When 6:30 came around one employee said my car would be done at 7pm even though my appointment was at 5pm and told me everyone else had appointments before me. At 6:45 I asked why my car hadnt even gone in yet they proceeded to act confused and go look for my car. When Jim came back in he said I could wait longer or come back in tomorrow. I had the tires put in my car and I went home. I wasted 3 hours with rude service, in my uncomfortable work uniform, and food in my car that all went bad because they ignored the fact that I had an appointment. Honestly dont go here especially if you are a woman they are rude, sexist, and slow. Try Flynns in kittanning they have always been so nice, thats where Im heading tomorrow.

Won't ever ever get work done there,they are so slow .if you want to wait several hours and your vehicle is still sitting outside even if you have an appointment it still takes several hours before they even bring it in garage,then several more hours just to try to get tires put on then go there.
