        John helped me understand the issues with my broken water heater over the phone. By looking at pictures, John was able to explain what had happened and make recommendations moving forward. My water heater was replaced the next day, and I was very happy with the service!

        The plumbing crew opened a sewer line blockage and then made repairs to the line that required a new house trap to replace a disintegrated house trap and a new fresh air outlet to replace the improperly installed and cracked fresh air. John Wilcox Plumbing and Heating (JWPH) mustered the resources -- renting an excavator, providing supplies, assigning manpower, and coordinating with Allegheny County permitting and inspection -- to resolve and repair the problem. We are extremely satisfied with the ongoing consultations provided by JWPH and the results and outcome. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services

        Couldnt recommend or say enough amazing things about this business. I came home from work last night and my water heater was flushing water in my basement every 5 minutes. I looked around the area and decided to schedule an appointment with them around 9pm. I received a text shortly after with a we can help you, are you available tomorrow morning from 10am-12pm? They arrived right on time were outstanding from start to finish. Bill and Larry were super efficient and explained everything to me and showed me how my new system worked. Left my area cleaned and now I have hot water again. Gretchen who called me this morning to get more information was also delightful to deal with. If you are in need of a new water heater, short notice or just looking to replace it, I would 1000% give them a call. I will be doing business with them for as long as I live in the area they service. Thank you again!

        Jerry arrived right on time to look at my water heater that was leaking. He was awesome....very friendly and professional. Easiest transaction and home repair I've ever had. Very reasonable pricing. I had another plumber come who wanted to charge me 4 times more than what Wilcox Plumbing charged me. Jerry was really great and I will never use another plumber...ever!
