A good experience! We called on a Monday and Randy was here Tuesday to provide an estimate for replacement furnace and AC. He provided us with information and options during his visit and with a detailed estimate later that day. Rusty and Bryan arrived on time the following Monday and proceeded to replace our antiquated furnace with a new horizontal mount furnace efficiently and professionally. All the old appliances were hauled away the same dayit was a seamless and painless experience. A word to those getting replacement furnace..clean your ductwork before they start! If not for Rusty we wouldnt have given it a thought but it really did need cleaned and we appreciate that he mentioned this! He also provided answers to our endless questions and was patient with us. The furnace is working efficiently and we expect the same from AC but since its been in the 30s it may be awhile until we have that checked! Thank you for a painless and efficient experience!
