By far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have been driving for almost 40 years never had a claim or an accident. My last two policy renewals my rate was increased for about 10 percent each term and my agent didn't have the decency to call and explain why such an increase when no claims. They give me 30 dollars save driver discount then raise my insurance over100 dollars. On top of that there still blaming covid. Allstate isn't what they used to be progressive gave same identical policies for almost half the price. Not sure if it's the agent Kevin dickey or Allstate as a whole.lastly my agent no longer has an office so everything done by email takes weeks just to get a question answered. Saving money downsizing office space but losing customers. Good luck Allstate

Eunice is a godsend in the office and Kevin is an amazing Agent. I will recommend them for any policy

The office assistants are both lacking in knowledge and have given me false information on more than 1 occasion. Also, one of them was extremely rude when I asked for clarification of misinformation.
