        Had to make one very small change to my policy- wasnt able to do it online so I had to call to speak with someone at the office. The first time my policy was modified incorrectly by the representative so I had to call a second time to make the changes I needed. Also tried to email someone for easier communication and its been over a month that my email has been ignored and no one has gotten back to me. Even better is once I submitted an automated survey asking for my feedback on my recent experience with them, I got a reply saying sorry, please email us or call us if you need help in the future. WHAT A JOKE. No one on the phone is helpful and they dont reply to email anyway LOL. Look for somewhere else to seek insurance coverage since it is not pleasant or easy if you need any help.

        I've been with his agency for car insurance for 10 years. I received a notice for non renewal and I reached out to Richard 3 times and emailed him. No response. This is very disappointing.
