The good: The rooms were not too bad. I love that they had rooms separated by doors so it felt more like a home. Having two showers with kids is also a huge convenience. The kitchen is updated and spacious! The front desk attendant seemed cheerful and helpful. The bad: They charge for parking which is ridiculous. We are already paying to stay there. Why would you charge for parking and then advertise that its not secured and that youre on your own if your car gets broken into. What are we paying extra for? Would you charge people standing in line at a fast food restaurant? Just that one fact alone is why I gave it one star, because its excessive and bad business! The lack of fitted sheets and proper bedding is also ridiculous! Fitted sheets should always be expected. No one wants to wake up to find themselves directly on a mattress that probably hasnt been cleaned in years! Its unsanitary! The blankets are weird too. Management needs to stop being cheap and invest in real bedding. The tub in one of the bathtubs wouldnt drain and was very slippery. Two of my younger kids kept slipping which could result in a law suit if someone gets hurt. The shampoo was watered down and my 7,8 year olds couldnt reach it on their own. The shower sprays water all over the floor through and past the curtain which makes the bathroom floor a hazard. We were not given bedding for a pull out mattress. We ended up not needing it. I would guess the receptionist would likely provide it if asked but it would be better to leave the bedding in a drawer like most hotels do. Breakfast ends at 8:30 which means we have to get up unreasonably early to get our kids over to a separate building to eat. Most hotels end at 9 and I love the ones that end at 10. My guess is that management is trying to take advantage of non morning people by assuming if breakfast is early enough, less people will eat it. Im going to eat double and feed my kids as much as I can just to spite them for spiting their customers. When you treat your customers well you get more customers or returning customers and make more money. These cheap tricks are going to alienate customers and end up costing more in the long run. Safety: Other than the issues posted above there is also a hot fire place in the living room with no fence which could result in burns for small children. I know fireplace fencing can easily be purchased as I have bought it before.

This place is, at best, a 1 star motel. Complete garbage - old smelly room and they hit you with hidden costs when you get here. If you value your vacation or business stay, avoid this place! Way overpriced for what you get - poor value choice. Noteworthy details: You must PAY FOR PARKING. Avoid staying here.

This hotel use to be so nice & clean but they dont have cameras to see whats going on. They rent to all the area drug users & people with multiple dogs its disgusting now.. I recently had to check out because there were about 5 young Caucasian kids getting high and making noise fighting all night & the front desk is no help.the house keepers were the nicest people Ive encountered during my stay.

Noteworthy details: Try to put me, and family in a suite that smelled bad. Stands all over the couch and floor. Had to ask for a new suite. Moved from the second floor in the back to first floor by the door entrant. Charged a lot for the dog's without telling you before hand. I would never go there again.

Ok, where do I began. The good: our room was clean. It was spacious and neat. The location is great too. The negative: the kitchen had one tumbler cup and one mug. How is that possible with an average occupancy for 2? We had one fork only. The toilet paper was low and we had to go to the front desk for a new roll. ONE wash cloth/rag. That's not the worst part. When we went to the front desk for another, they legit told us they had no more. I can't make this up. Also, be prepared to go to the front desk for a comforter. Our suite had double sheets, no fleece or comforter. I had to walk to the main building to obtain a comforter. Now Sonesta suites are.suually very good, but this location honestly should be ashamed of themselves. No way.tje franchise would be proud of this location. Compare this to the Lancaster location or down in Bowie, MD. Those locations were amazing. The managers on site should do whatever they can to purchase inventory. We are.talikg about necessities for a HOTEL!!! Lastly, hot water didnt work in kitchen at all. We let it run for over 4 minutes. Never warmed up. Rooms: Clean, missing items that should be the basics Noteworthy details: Rate should be about 40 a night with the issues.
