Wind Creek Bethlehem

Reward offers are terrible compared to other casinos close by, they no longer have weekly "free play" offers, many machines not in service, comp nights for tier 2 cards are few and far between. Only positive thing I can say is the staff is friendly.

Very clean casino. We enjoy coming to Wind Creek because there are many things to do in the area. Drink severs are so quick and efficient their hardworking service is much appreciated. We enjoy the Wind Creek perks and being able to play for a reasonable time on the machines with some return. Since it is close by we have not stayed at the hotel.

So bad. Worst concert venue I've ever been to. I've literally attended concerts in eastern bloc parking garages better than this. Tired to check in at 415... Was told room wasn't ready yet, check in is at 4. Waited in lobby for 45 minutes until room was ready (yes you read that correctly)... Room smelled of bleach when I checked in. Dining in house was vile...$50 for nachos and mozzarella sticks that shouldn't be on a cut rate buffet. Writing this from the toilet if that's any indication of how it's sitting with me I don't know who the clientele is but this place fails in so many regards. Staff has obviously drank the corporate Kool aid. No human responses to any of my concerns...just corporate talking points. Cannot wait to check out.
