Ending of transaction and follow through with final invoice as well as returning phone calls is obviously not important to them. Other then that annoyance with a deposit in limbo on my cc. The over all vehicle was good and in person setup was also good. But I will not give more then 1 star due to what I first stated.

Never a problem picking up or returning to any enterprise. At least in my own experience.

My mother suffered a total loss of her vehicle and Travelers paid 100% of the rental provided by this establishment ($30) a day for a sedan. They didnt have any in stock so my Mother was upgraded to a ford escape (suv) which wasnt covered by the policy. My mother was under the impression it was a complementary upgrade and accepted the vehicle. The vehicle was given to her with 1/4 tank of gas. The day of the return came and there was an outstanding bill of $390 even though this was handled by Travelers. The representative said my mother would be flagged as a do not rent customer if she didnt pay. My mother returned the vehicle with 3/4 tank of gas. She was charged $127 and was not refunded the gas as the representative stated. This person took advantage of the language barrier. I understand we live in America and were supposed to speak English, they could have directed my mother to another location with Spanish speaking representatives or simply could have asked her to call back with someone on the line to assist instead of pushing sales.
