Irah was wonderful!! Customer service was top notch. We loved our rental car, was really nice to drive while we waited for our car repairs to get done. Communication was so easy, and it was such a smooth process renting with them. Will absolutely consider again in the future.

Do NOT rent from this location. The representative was the most miserable, sullen, incompetent individual I have ever encountered. She gave me a filthy car (see photo of just ONE of the seats) and the low tire pressure light was on. When I brought it to her attention, I was told it was ok, the sensor needed reset. I reset the sensor, the light still did not go out. I asked if she could check the pressure to be sure it was ok, she says NO! I didn't take the car (not even out of the parking lot), and discovered she charged my insurance company for a day's rental fee anyway!
I will say that I complained to corporate and had my money refunded, but the hassle was NOT worth it.
