Very frustrating to each the loan officer, called 10 times , went to location but very poor response, it is easy to reach President of USA then loan clerk.

This is the worst credit union Ive ever met. Joint account holders have to share a single online account login. There is no way to move money between external accounts. If you have $478 and try to withdraw $470 externally they will refuse it, charge you a $25 NSF fee and youll be charged $5 by the external credit union. Im closing the account after just 60 days of incompetence. I used to wholly support credit unions but big banks win in Pennsylvania.

If your credit union isnt willing to do the shared Co-Op services at every branch (such as check deposit) then your credit union is completely worthless. Only doing this at one branch is terrible business, I would give it zero stars if I could

Worst branch I been to when I started a car loan with them they didn't help me set up my online banking and just told me how to pay through the eloan service. Several months later I find out I'm behind on payments due to a insurance snafoo the clerk tries to help me and just sends me into a customer service hell for four days straight. When I spoke to a loan officer she basically said there was nothing to do and you should stop being poor and get a better job. If you need to interact with this bank at all go to Nazareth.
