Terrible customer service. Unhelpful staff. Highly considering switching my business accounts and personal accounts.

Apparently you have to open an account there to get regular bank services. I had an account there and money kept disappearing out of my account. If you want to cash a check they charge you $7.50. I'm pretty sure that transaction makes me a customer. Walmart only charges a few dollars at most to cash a check. The workers are nice but the bank "policies" are ridiculous.

Your banking hours say you are open till 12:00 when we come in at 11:50 to open an account you said you could not do that. We were told we only have one person and can't help you. That is not good business. If you are open till 12:00 you can not decide not to service your customers if they want to open an account. Very poor management at this branch at 3926 Nazareth Pike, Bethlehem. Time to find another Bank.

Locked doors before closure. Refused to assist me. I showed them the time and they said it was after 5 even though it clearly was prior to 5pm.

When you have posted hours you schedule your staff to handle customers that come in during those hours. Not the timing that fits the preference of the rude teller that created us. This is who represents you WF. Good luck. Youre the next TD Bank headed for the trash heap. People: try you local credit union (ie: Commonwealth). They dont hire rude and confrontational employees like WF is forced to.
