This must be a training branch. There are different people working there every week. No parking lot or drive thru takes off 2 stars, otherwise no problems.

These ppl and staff were amazing took me no time to open an account. No min deposit that's awesome ppl should get with the program and find a bank that is suitable to them locally. I've never been treated with such courtesy and respect. Time was of the essence and I still had time to catch my bus to work. left there with a happy smile and a welcomed heart. I see that they r a family in this bank. Univest thank u u made my day and future investment thoughts also.blessed are those who do there job very very well God bless.

Bethlehem branch is a nice branch, friendly people. No drive thru because of location. We have been with Union National/ Univest for 42 years. After moving to the Bethlehem area we found this is the only office around. Parking is inconvenient. Mostly metered parking.

My personal opinion better banks in the area. Fantastic desk people, they always happy to help and explain things to newer age costumers.
