Response time is unmatchedin the worst way possible. Tow truck drivers are friendly, but whoever sends them out does not do so in a timely manner. If youre stranded out in the cold and need towed, youll have a better chance of walking home and back by the time you are assigned a tow truck driver.

I will be cancelling my AAA membership mainly because of the Altoona office, that and being stranded for over 4 hours on 3 separate occasions(twice of which were in town). I've had AAA since 2010, 13 year member. Every time I try to do anything vehicle registration related, they give me a hard time. I immediately go down the street to their competitor and am helped without issue.

horrible. Daughter stranded with 9 mth old. Locked keys in car at a store. AAA had noone to help and was rude on the phone. No one ever came.
