Just closed a refinance that Jacob helped accommodate. To say he was a breath of fresh air is an understatement. I had recently backed out of a nightmare six-month refinance process with another company, and Jacob helped me complete this one in just over 30 days. He explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions (or found someone who could answer my question if he couldn't), and treated me with respect.
