If you have a lot of time to waste then Quaint Oak Mortgage is where you want to be. I heard that they work with people that may have some challenging issues. For many months there was a lot of back/forth, do this/do that. A bunch of carrot holding and teasing. Each time I overcame a barrier a new one presented. I would call and it would be days before someone returned my call or not call at all. After several months of wasting time and getting the runaround, I finally got pre-approved through another lender who didn't take me through all the drama. I'm glad I moved on. I felt like I was begging and it was an ugly feeling. So, if you are looking for professionalism look elsewhere. Quaint Oak Mortgage

Very unprofessional back in June Destiny Ramos ran my credit took a long time to reach out to me and never heard back from her. If Youre seeking for help and advice to get you to your dream of homeownership please dont waste your time with them .
