      image I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for service! Customer service is absolutely unhelpful and quite rude at times. The equipment rental fee is egregiously high, and sometimes when you disconnect your service from an old address (and follow their instructions, turning in equipment), they keep charging you!
      Edit: If you are looking in the Lehigh Valley and do not want to be taken advantage of by our 2 local broadband overlords, try TMobile. Seems to currently be the only other worthwhile ISP available to us.
