    Never again I used t mobile when it was voicestream there service was horrible back then I live in emmaus I have never had so many dropped phone calls the lady at the store when I signed up for a plan told me the phone was included with signing up and Im paying 10 bucks a month for 2 years I was lied too there plans are way too expensive Im so glad for going back to cricket my plan worked out to 88 bucks a month and no insurance on the phone that they wanted 15 bucks a month extra Im happy to be back with cricket 68 bucks a month unlimited talk text data and hotspot and the even includes insurance save your money they maybe good in some areas not around here and buyer beware I think they do anything to get you to sign up and to update my review you said to contact T-Mobile through email and no response very unprofessional I would never use this company again avoid at all cost there are better companies out there cricket is the best out there unlimited high speed data that doesnt run out and cheaper

    Rudy was so heartless, disrespectful. My mother went in to get a new phone with the help of her son-in-law. They were wearing mask at all time while in store. My mother coughed because she has asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and lung cancer so yes she will cough and did. As long as she has a mask thats all that counts. Rudy said she had to leave the store and he left to back and never came back to serve them. This is so unprofessional and uneducated. Yes there are people that are sick and its not only COVID he was not sympathetic to someone who is very sick. He seen she needs assistance she evens has a walker and can barely walk without having to stop for air. This man just made the store lose business. I will definitely never go their. I been their customers for 20 yrs and my mom about 19 yrs. Hope corporate sees this and take action about it. Even though I am on the phone as I am writing this waiting to place a customer report and complaint against Rudy. Rudy hope you read this and hope you never encounter this with your mother, yourself and a real close relative.

    These people are straight up scam artists. Pulled the trade in your old phone for 850, get the new one for a very discounted monthly price, We said okay that sounds great. By the time it was time to trade in the old phone, the rep said oh you know what you can just keep it, sell it on marketplace We were confused, how is that possible? He said dont worry youll still get the same discount. (we didnt)Also, with this promotion you get a free screen protector and phone case! (they werent) We thought this was just some sort of amazing deal they had going. We definitely questioned everything he told us and now we know he LIED to get commission. Our bill ended up skyrocketing (we have 3 lines and a watch) he ended up added 4!!! unauthorized lines to our account, we didnt even get the sim cards for these fake lines. And the free phone? completely full price. Because he lied to make a quick buck and thought we wouldnt notice. We ended up going to our tmobile in our home town and rep told us this store 100% scammed us and this is not okay. Fortunately for us we kept all the paper work and will be escalating this. We know who you are. Please , if you thinking of going to this store or joining tmobile, RUN. I cant imagine how many other people they are doing this to !!
