Terrible service. Rude teller staff they do not care about certain types of customers I guess . Two tellers with another person standing next to one of them. Im the only person in line and they just stand there no hello no one moment please , nothing and two of them were giggling to each other like they were laughing at the idea of making me wait. I just walked out, drove a few minutes away for much better and welcoming service. I will never return to this w Allen st location ever again.

The worst bank. Treatment is horrible. One of the assistants didn't even wanna help. Thank goodness a spoke with someone else was able to help. I even did a complaint. Just bc we didn't have appointments n she had another person waiting she didn't wanna help n walked off she was super rude from the beginning.

By far the worst branch of any bank ever! Theres always lack of staff. Most of times the staff are just doing random things but not caring about waiting customers! This branch clearly does not have a manager, and if it does then the manager doesnt know how to do its job!
