        Horrible banking experience since Lafayette ambassador. I thought since they changed to fulton that things would get better. ITS ACTUALLY WORSE! All my finances are connected and I'm not able to close my account JUST YET due to auto bill pay with vendors. Save yourself the headache and financial burden. DONT TRUST A BANK THAT HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT OR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS FOR THAT MATTER. THIS BRANCH AND THEIR STAFF ARE VERY UNHELPFUL. THANK ME LATER. DO NOT BANK HERE. NO LINE AND WAIT FOREVER FOR SIMPLE TRANSACTIONS. ITS NO WONDER THEY HAVE BRANCHES CLOSING ALL THE TIME.
