Love for ever21 but today worst experience ever in this location I will not come back here at outlet, while the manager name Kelly or was helping Kelly she was a older lady on her batch said Store Manager. She laughed at my face while I was doing a couple of returns I even asked her what was funny why was she laughing and she said I was funny!!
She made me feel so stupid and the worst how could I asked to talk to a manager if she is the manager.. I hope this place should hire the right people !!!

I was shopping here about 2 weeks ago, and I overheard an elderly lady employee telling a racist joke (about Mexican people). A girl walked away from her clearly uncomfortable, And the elderly employee just laughed..I was extremely offended and left. Will not be giving my money to this business.
