Warmly welcomed in, we were on a last minute quest, it so happened to be the very LAST shoes store we tried in the whole Company Stores after driving up from Salem having no luck finding my girlfriend work shoes. Crystal helped us find some non slip black shoes that will work just great! Thank you for going above and beyond and also recommending some waterproof running shoes for me in my line of work. I am going to order them online when they get more in my size in wide! You rocked our socks off and we were so relieved to finally complete our long arduous quest!

Never goin here again, they had some great shoes but my husband and I were shopping for about an hour in there with our two little ones. The same employees including the manager kept stalking us asking if we needed help with anything WITH an attitude. Like as if we were in there trying to steal? Ended up buying a pair for me and my daughter, and my husband didnt sugar coat anything with the manager. We felt like we were being watched the whole time, and then her mood changed after we paid. I get that theres a lot of thieves nowadays in retail, I work in one. But you should give the best customer service to all!
