I just want to share with branch management my experience with one one the bankers there. Her name is Maricela Gonzalez and she is exceptional. My Dad banked with her for a number of years and she always went out of her way to be kind to him. He passed away last week and Maricela turned what could have been a very difficult situation into a smooth and painless process and did it in a short amount of time as well. I hope management realizes what a valuable asset they have in her. If I lived here I wouldnt bank anywhere else because of her.

Very low quality in customer service, after waiting for more than half an hour they don't take the time to give you a reason. They are not with clients and you wait and wait until you ask them and they get angry or they tell you you have to wait!
Terrible place to have my friends

Really bad customer service at this branch, every time I came its a really long line, there is like a few people doing nothing and just one helping people

I dread coming to this Wells Fargo. Only two tellers, and you have to wait for long periods of time.
