        Terrible bank! They held all of my deposits and withdrawals over the the 4th of July and as of midnight on Tuesday the 6th everything is still pending. This caused me to not have funds for rent, car payment and other bills. After over 10 years with this bank I am done.

        Zero stars.. Worst bank ever. Always new employee.. I'm filing a legal complaint this time. They should be closed down. It's not the first or even the fifth time but it is the last.  They lost a years checking records, give bad recommendations on how to fix their mistake.  They denied it when I went in and told them the cashier credited my account with a thousand to much. Laughed at me. Took it back the next day. Just awful.

        Always very helpful. I like this branch too because it is NEVER busy. I have used Umpqua for my business banking for over 15 years. Are they perfect, no...but what bank is?

        I have been inside this location many times and every time haven't had any problems with the staff. Although, I've noticed there's hardly ever any customers inside, rarely ever more than a couple. But I view that as a benefit, since I don't have to wait in a long line. I'm just surprised they have such a low star rating.
