        Not the greatest bank to have. I closed my account with them. I really had high hopes when I first opened It, I am very disappointed. (Just my opinion)

        If I could give this store a negative star I would. Customer service is very poor. Michael and I believe his name was Francisco are not very helpful. Been trying to get ahold of the branch manager since Friday last week and have not gotten a call back. A check I deposit into my account had a hold on it which Im supposed to be informed and sign for that I acknowledge the hold which NEVER happened. Could have been avoided by the teller doing their job correctly. Branch manager can Remove the hold but never get a call back. Teller did not do their job I would not recommend this branch to anyone. Maybe even key bank in general.

        I agree with the others. We have a checking account, savings account and credit card with Key bank and we have tried several times to get in touch with someone about some issues we are having and no one bothers to call back. If we don't hear back soon we will be closing all our accounts and going somewhere that appreciates their customers enough to return phone calls.
