One night amazing suite

When arriving to the hotel the room was not ready at almost 6 pm. The pool is also closed and the rooms are still just as expensive. But the best part about staying here was the fact that they charged us 300 dollars for having a dog in our room when we had no dog or animals at all with us. The head house keeper said she had pictures to prove we had dogs in there. We weren't shown any pictures that proved that we had a dog in the room. Then they proceeded to argue with us about it. We asked to see the parking lot cameras or the lobby cams and we were told no. Been stilling here for going on an hour now and still nothing. I have asked for numbers to call and still nothing.
