        This is a rogue company, use them at your risk. They will go to lengths to cover up for the vendors that steal. I signed a contract with them to manage my property. When they went to do the inspection my router and garage door openers went missing. I followed up several times and they denied seeing them. I went back to the initial inspection pictures and they cut out the part of my office with the router. I decided to travel to see what was going on. I realized thats the lock and the code had been moved and change meaning someone had been back to my house. They also changed my property manager within 5 days of the onboarding process, there was no call to explain or do a handover. Repairs were meant to start and it took 5 days to figure out what was going. The listing period is also ridiculously long! I went with a different company and it took a weekend to get my house rent ready and 2 more days to list it.
