I just got a haircut here and the hair dresser took all the layers and texture out of my hair, I had told her I was growing my hair out and wanted to keep it longer but she decided to take around 3 inches off. I had to schedule a new appointment with a hair dresser I trust to fix it, but I would highly recommend spending the extra money at a real salon. I made the biggest mistake trusting this place

I just got the worst haircut of my life. I completely put my trust into this person. I was so nervous to get a cut from Perfect Look that I closed my eyes and trusted her to do what I asked for. Instead, I look like Alfalfa on top. Cut wayyyy too short on top. Sides straight and back layered?? She was trying to tell me why she didn't layer the sides because of a reason I never heard of. My hair is naturally curly and I swear I can't find anyone who can cut curly hair! She pulled the sides back and put a clip in??? . I got home and washed my hair because of the perfume smelling products she put in. I can't even get a curl on top. It sticks straight up. The sides are straight and I look like a Page Boy. I can't stop crying. I ask for layered hair and got a haircut from hell. So depressed
