Norma is the best! She has been doing my hair for many years and has seen me through multiple style changes and colorings! Her cuts are the best I've ever had and she has a very keen eye for awesome color. If you're new to the area and looking for a great stylist or just looking to switch up from your current stylist, I highly recommend Norma!

Norma is great! My hair is straight and difficult to cut. I am always happy when I leave her. I went to her for 5 years at her previous location, her new location is even better. Happy to follow her to the new place.

Belong Salon no longer exists in Tualatin...I am so confused by it even appearing in the directory. In its place is a new salon, under new ownership. It is called Hair Tactics, and I absolutely love it...google needs to get with the program...Belong Salon is not in Tualatin...

Belong Salon, and specifically Norma saved my sanity and my hair from a terrible fate! The Disaster: I was between stylists, and as a Chrsitmas present, had received a groupon for a different salon. I asked for a pixie cut, and showed the stylist pictures of what I wanted. After my hair had been cut into a bob, and the stylist tried to argue with me that it was a pixie cut, I left, and began to search the web for a competent hair professional. That's where Belong & Norma came to the rescue. I called in tears, explained what had happened, and Norma managed to fit me into the schedule later that same day. She took a look at the pictures of the pixie cut I tried to get at the other place, and I finally got the exact haircut I wanted, beautifully styled. Belong Salon gave me excellent customer service, had a clean shop, and most importantly gave me the haircut I wanted, for a reasonable price. I easily recommend this salon to anyone. UPDATE: It's been three years, and Norma is still the only one I trust with my hair! Two years ago, I told her I wanted to change my color. She mixed up a custom shade to suit my skin tone and what I wanted. Whenever I receive a compliment on my color (which is not uncommon) I point them in Norma's direction. I will be a customer of hers as long as she is styling hair.
