        I came to this office to verify my account for unemployment. The staff were very kind and polite, and the wait was not too long. The only thing is the general phone line dont work and I do not know why. I have to come in to a physical office.

        Literally refuse to answer the phone its ridiculous all I need is my NCRC scale scores so I can get in a union and to get them I have to call you guys since I took the test there but surprise surprise the only worksource not answering the phone is you guys smh everybody else is so Im confused. Pick up the phone people. Very unprofessional.
