Since I arrived in late 2019 I've had a few jobs through manpower all good experiences from my perspective, the staff have been very good to me and I haven't personally had pay issues but that being said, I knew someone who had some issues but that's on an individual basis I believe

STAY FAR AWAY!!!!! They dont pay on time, they never answer the phone, and you have to talk to someone in India just to be run around in circles

I am currently waiting on a paycheck and have not received it. Two in fact. I am now filling a complaint with public services to get my paycheck as they do not take my time seriously. I am looking to sue if this is not resolved conscientiously and expediently. I am going to be on strike until further notice. To clarify I call in and manpower is doing fine. They have at least 7 people working from the laughing and giggles and the demeaning background noise. I don't think they understand the severity of this and I am going to be making sure this stops.

Do not work with this company!! Its been 3 weeks trying to get paid from them ! I demanded a check be sent to me asap fed exed! If I do not get one on Monday I will be turning them in to state labor divisions here in Portland oregon.
