I had an emergency leak on Saturday and these guys not only didn't answer their phone, but haven't called back even five days later. Useless in an emergency. I had A&E do the job instead.

Amazing company I will definitely use them in the future. While visiting my elderly father, I noticed there was a leak in the ice maker hose as well as a shut off valve downstairs behind the washer on Thursday night. I called Wallace Plumbing on Friday morning and left a message, and had an immediate call back! I explained the situation of the leaks + old galvanized pipes, and by 10:30 am they had two great workers come out. The men worked non-stop, got the leak fix and repaired and replaced all the old, corrosive valves down stairs (house built ins 1956). They left the work areas spotless and were extremely polite and efficient. The cost was very well priced (especially for labor, short notice situation, and on a Friday)! Guys came in with power snake and stayed on drain till it was open. When they say we can open it, they can. Will call again.
