One Star is too much for this company. All the plumbing was done incorrectly, they ruined my brand new bathroom floor because they drilled 3 holes in it to bring the new sink drain pipe in, rather than put it through the wall that was open to the studs so they could run plumbing through the wall like it's supposed to be. I called the owner to come to my house to look at it, so we could try to fix it and have them do what we asked them to do in the first place. The owner, Rod, was very angry, kept yelling at me and my contractor, was insisting that "We do this all the time". He was abusive and mocking to me and I actually had to tell him to leave my house, that we were done, because of his bad behavior. He kept making excuses for the bad plumbing job, and kept saying "it's perfectly legal" and "we do this all the time". When I saw what the plumber had done and asked him why he drilled holes through the floor instead of the wall, I got the same "we do this all the time" excuse. But my contractor and I both told the plumber exactly what needed to be done, but he did his own thing. Eventually he insinuated that there was a floor joist in the way. Except that there wasn't. See the attached pic. Rod kept trying to convince me that nobody will see it. But my bathroom cabinet is on legs, so everyone that uses that bathroom will see it unless they are standing directly above it at the sink. I had to get a new plumber in to remove and replace every single thing that Lundell's installed, and have my contractor repair all the damage to my floors. Jenky Plumbing!

After being told that we needed to replace our heat pump by two companies here in The Dalles, I called Lundell and when they came out they looked things over and told me that my heat pump can be fixed. After doing the work, which was fast, my unit is running and works great. Thank you so much for your professional service.
