Amazing staff! This was my first colonoscopy, and everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and all my questions were answered. So competent, efficient and friendly. Office was clean and well-appointed, beautiful views of Riverbend campus from the waiting room.

This is by far, the worst medical office experience I've had in my life. Unlike a real 'practice' where doctors work together, I've been rescheduled for every appointment, multiple times (as if the person I'm due to see is a lone doctor, working solely out of a tiny office.)

I was due for my first colonoscopy and apprehensive about it. The worst part really is drinking the colon prep liquid. However, once in the clinic, Dr. Sim and team (Sara, S ,Sherry, Heidi) took great care of me. The procedure was a snap and the kindness of everyone made me feel at ease.

My mom had an endoscopy here last week. Everyone was wonderful. It was a very busy place, but we were treated as if we were the only patient there. We didn't feel like a number. We were in and out in less than 2 hours. Here's the best part, we left with a full report including pictures!! We have to wait 7 days for the biopsies. We felt we had a lot of questions answered by the report.
We live on the southern Oregon coast; the drive was worth it.

This was the first time I underwent a colonoscopy at this facility, was referred by my primary. The staff, from the reception desk to the 2 nurses, anesthesiologist & the Dr. Lee were professional, efficient, and friendly. The procedure took about an hour, 1 very small polyp removed. Took about a couple of hours for me to recover from the sedation. My body didn't like the PEG solution I had to drink the night before so I only drank 1/2 of 3 liters solution but I was cleaned out! They gave me instructions on what to eat & what to avoid via text about 3 days before. I forgot if I didn't provide an email since I'd prefer to read it in larger format. Pros: reminders, instructions, & directions to facility were sent, free parking behind the building. Professional staff. Cons: none that I can think of but a written instructions via email or letter would have been appreciated.
