Lady from doctor office very rude and they just want to do their jobs just take your money and run. Paper work they filled out wrong need be re done refuse to due told me was fault and would not re fill the paper work. Also they told me fill out that paper no problem and now they saying they can't they lied. They don't care about their customers just ripping them off and getting money insurance scam told me was still being chargedfor the visit. Run away from this place they are a jole

They made feel like I'm a hypochondriac. I will never go to a Willamette doctor again.

Updated on 08/31/2023 I found out there was communication made but my two contact numbers were switched somehow a they called my secondary number that I never got the message from (a family member ) but i was unaware at that time. Henceforth, my sincerest of apologies for thinking there was no contact at all. I was given a new doctor, and her name is Ericka Wilson, she sent me to get an ultrasound due to issues I was having and never called me with results and so I called them and now have another appointment with a specialist, they should care more about clients when they sent me to get checked elsewhere and were notified of results that I should of been told about immediately. My health is just as important as theirs...
