These are the absolute worst people on the hole planet. Not only did they make my wife sit In horrible pain And discomfor. after 3 hours I asked if we were going to be helped. I got the response that they don't care and my wife's pain is not important. This is the literal definition of medical neglect. Especially to my wife who is a disabled citizen. Never go hear this people are the absolute worst people on this planet.

Went to ER today. Excellent care from start to finish. RN Jeanette was very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. Very pleased with everyone's pleasant demeanor. Very special place.

This hospital is only good if you need help in an emergency. The only good thing I liked that thier wheel chairs were more comfortable. The staff was real nice and did thier best considering the circumstances. Thier security was way to tight for my taste. It made me feel I was not free to roam as I would like. Im a type 2 diabetic. When I got to the ER I asked the security guard were the cafe was. He said I had to check in first before getting something to eat first. Otherwise my stay would have been less stress. At the very end of my visit I will say I had a real nice practitioner that took care of my finger problem. The problem I had I almost passed out for the lack of eating. When someone says Im a type 2 diabetic they need to be receptive of that.

As Im laying in bed here at McKenzie Willamette Medical Center, I think of all the negative reviews this hospital has gotten. Im here for spinal fusion surgery. Ive been nervous and anxious about this procedure and how it would turn out, and how the staff would care for me following surgery. I know my Dr is one of the best in her field so I know this had to be an amazing hospital and I was RIGHT! All of the staff are amazingnight shift staff are always alert, pleasant, and just as knowledgeable and all of the day staff! Even though I was nervous, the staff helped me to feel comfortable during every step of my operation and recoverywhich is ongoing. As long as I continue to follow advice of staff and my physicians, I know Ill make a full recovery.
