I spent almost 10 hours at the ER at Riverbend yesterday due to a absence tooth. I was in so much pain that I literally had to lay on the ground for fear of passing out and/or take short walks outside to scream obscenities. The only care I received was from security telling me I can't lay on the ground. I was so infuriated by the lack of care that I just left at 10PM. This is completely unacceptable and the entire organization should be ashamed of themselves. You are not heros, you are villains.

If you get better here it's because your body healed itself while you were waiting to be seen. Writing this from the mostly empty ER waiting room after 3+hrs of waiting

Been sitting here for 4 hours. People who were here before us are still waiting. There's a guy who looks like a corpse who hasn't been seen for hrs. Slow is slow but this asinine

Excellent care. The doctor, nurses, and technicians were all friendly, kept me informed, and really cared. Thank you.

I went in because I was feeling severely sick during my pregnancy, I was around 18 weeks pregnant. When I went in I told them upfront I had covid and flu symptoms, they ran tests on me but NOT for covid or the flu. After 4 hours of waiting and feeling sicker and sicker (I couldn't even walk) they finally said you have flu symptoms so we are going to run a covid and flu test on you I literally came in saying that and they didnt bother to test me then?! They also lost my urine sample. I was trying to watch my fever because its not healthy to let yourself have a fever when you are pregnant. I had to ASK to get my temperature checked and when they did they were RUDE. They did not give me Tylenol to reduce my fever or anything to help while we waited. We were finally seen by a doctor after over 9 hours of waiting. Turned out I did have COVID. The doctor talked to me for a few minutes and gave me Tylenol then said to go home. The discharge papers took so long we just walked out, they ended up giving them to us at the front before we left but this makes sense as to why there werent any rooms available. They have people just sitting around in a room waiting to leave when sick patients need those rooms. Not to mention the nurses and doctors looked like they were just sitting around most of the time eating snacks and playing on their phones. At the end of it they did end up doing an ultrasound and x-rays on me and everything came back good. I really felt like the whole time they didnt take me seriously when I was saying how much pain I was in.
